The National Curriculum for England (2013) outlines the skills for Working Scientifically. TAPS has created a Working Scientifically Wheel (updated version below) which can be used in class to draw attention to the focused skill in each lesson.

Colouring or dating a section for each focused skill provides an opportunity to check that all of the skills are covered across the year.
